Status Reporting Process
Elegance, as a part of its process, provides a weekly status report to all its clients on the status of verifications conducted. Whilst there is a standard reporting format, the same could also be customized for varying requirements at different customer places.
Automated Processes
Elegance has a web enabled EVF (Employment Verification Form) and status reporting application that is accessible to all its clients. The server operates in a secured environment. Through this software, Elegance client resources can fill the Online Employment Verification Form, as well as the Client can Check the daily status report.
Audit Trails
We provide audit trails for all verifications conducted by us. In case of negative reports, a written audit trail is provided.
